We are seeking an** IT System Administrator** to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure and systems. The primary responsibility of this position will be to manage our Active Directory, user licenses, and help with SOC 2 evidence collection. This position is for work remotely.

**Skills & Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in IT administration or related roles.
- A clear understanding of the **Cloud Services **deployment model. Implement Cloud solutions and supporting various stages of deployments and testing processes.
- ** Exchange Online, Azure AD, AADConnect, MS Teams**. Teams Conference
- Experience with **Active Directory, group policies, and user license management**.
- Knowledge of security best practices and experience working with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2.
- ** Advanced English**

**Main Activities**
- Manage and maintain our Active Directory, user licenses, and group policies.
- Assist with SOC 2 evidence collection, including the preparation of required documentation.
- Resolve software issues, including network connectivity, printer problems, and server errors.
- Work closely with other IT team members to develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and standards.
- Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
