**Responsabilidades del puesto**:

- Configurar y operar equipos de prueba siguiendo procedimientos establecidos.
- Interpretar parámetros de falla e ingresar datos en el Sistema de Gestión de Calidad (PFS).
- Identificar componentes electrónicos y leer sus valores.
- Detectar defectos de materiales y mano de obra, etiquetando según normas de calidad.
- Realizar ajustes y pruebas eléctricas conforme a especificaciones.
- Mantener registros de unidades probadas y resultados.
- Cumplir estándares y certificaciones (ANSI ESD, ISO 9001, AS9000, IPC, etc.).
- Asegurar la calidad del trabajo y contribuir al logro de objetivos y KPI.
- Ejecutar tareas asignadas y apoyar iniciativas de mejora continua.

**Calificaciones**:

- Manejo de herramientas y equipos de prueba (multímetros, osciloscopios, etc.).
- Conocimiento básico de pruebas eléctricas y lectura de esquemas.
- Cumplimiento de políticas de calidad y estándares IPC.
- Disposición para capacitación en nuevos equipos y procesos.
- Habilidades: comunicación, organización, multitarea, atención al detalle, trabajo en equipo.
- Capacidad para trabajar horas extras y en operación global 24/7.
- Participación en mejora continua y manejo de documentación técnica.
- Lectura, escritura y matemáticas básicas.
