You support category planning teams by translating category plans for sales team execution.

**How you will contribute**

You will:

- Work with the category team to determine optimal portfolio assortment and high revenues activities
- Support with the formulation of customer plans and subsequent monitoring
- Coordinate and manage the commercial set-up of sales activation
- Provide customer, channel and trade expertise and recommendations in the launch of new products
- Validate Launch Support Fees and track performance and complete reconciliation as required
- Prepare customer solutions (e.g. Tailor-made activations, events) in a co-operation with the Customer Activation team
- Evaluate the execution of activities vs the plan - drivers, implementation of learning into further activations

**What you need to know about this position**:

- Bring your advanced analytical mindset to Trade Marketing, synthesizing complex market data with a long-term vision, combined with tactical execution capabilities, competitive intelligence expertise, and market trend analysis to combine Brand Strategies and Commercial acumen.
- Budget tracking for trade-related brand activities.
- Establish, monitor, and analyze ROI KPIs for all Brand execution initiatives, recommending optimization opportunities.
- Structure and organize trade visits based on KPIs and define and prepare trade visit one-pagers.
- Work across all channels to capture best practices and ensure we act upon appropriate feedback from colleagues.
- Lead and coordinate the trade marketing activity and planning calendar to ensure we have the correct timing and structure to optimise time and deliver the overall customer marketing plan efficiently and effectively.
- Support the Business Planning process as required
- Support to develop analyses and strategies to accelerate sell-out through point-of-sale plans and materials

**Education / Certifications**:
Bachelor of Business/Administration or related fields

Proactive Analytical Strong problem-solving skills Excel Power Point Power BI - desirable Experience in wholesale channel desirable Intermediate English
