**Purpose of the position**

In this role, you will support business, with a primary focus on Customer Master data and sales order-related processes. You will also be responsible for managing interfaces related to eChannel within the Canada Packaged business. Additionally, you will support patient-related processes across the Medigas business and ensure that Customer Master processes for Merchant, On-site, Package, and Medigas operations run smoothly across both the USA and Canada.

**Principal responsibilities**
- Configure and support JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2 for Address Book and Customer data, focusing on automation, system optimization, and data-driven tools to boost efficiency.
- Manage customer data setup and maintenance, while assisting users with related business process solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency, leveraging data analysis and reporting to drive continuous improvement. This includes, but is not limited to, partnering with the business and stakeholders, to support Pricing Data and Price Escalation Letters.
- Design, analyze, and implement new JDE solutions for Customer Master data, including, but not limited to, inbound and outbound interfaces like eChannel. All these functional and technical solutions must align with business requirements while supporting standardization and repeatable best practices within the broader Order-to-Cash framework.

**Required key skills**

**MANDATORIAS**
- 10+ years of experience with JDEdwards EnterpriseOne 9.2 M
- Proficient in JD Edwards (JDE) EnterpriseOne ERP with extensive functional expertise in Customer Master data and Order-to-Cash processes.
- Strong knowledge of data analysis and proficiency in SQL
- Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experienced in implementing key modules including Sales Order Entry, EDI, Customer Master, and Pricing.
- Strong technical understanding of JDE and desirable functional knowledge of Order-to-Cash workflows.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Deep functional expertise for continuous improvement to deliver scalable, efficient, and future-ready JDE solutions.
