**About the Team**

We’re the AI Incubation team, a global group that thrives on a mix of on-site collaboration and virtual teamwork. Our culture is open, fast-paced, and innovative, with a strong focus on learning, experimentation, and knowledge sharing. To accelerate our impact, we are building a vibrant internal Community of Practice (CoP) around Artificial Intelligence, and we need a passionate and creative leader to bring it to life and drive its expansion.

**What You’ll Do**

As the GCID AI Community Leader, you will be the heart and soul of our internal AI ecosystem. Your mission is to build, nurture, and grow a dynamic community of AI enthusiasts, practitioners, and experts within the company. You will be responsible for creating the content, driving the conversations, and organizing the events that connect and inspire our members.

In this role, you’ll:

- ** Build the Community**: Be the central force in developing and executing a strategy to grow and engage our internal AI Community of Practice.
- ** Create Compelling Content**: Use your graphic design skills to design and produce visually stunning assets, including internal newsletters, event promotions, educational infographics, presentation templates, and posts for our internal communication channels.
- ** Drive Engagement**: Plan, promote, and host a variety of community events, such as virtual tech talks, workshops, Q&A sessions with experts, and networking meetups.
- ** Manage Communications**: Craft and manage the internal communication plan for the AI community, ensuring a consistent and exciting flow of information to keep members informed and engaged.
- ** Be the Voice of the Community**: Serve as the main point of contact for community members, fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment where knowledge sharing and collaboration flourish.
- ** Collaborate and Connect**: Work closely with AI experts, data scientists, engineers, and business leaders to source content, identify speakers, and align community activities with strategic goals.
- ** Measure Success**: Track and report on community engagement metrics to demonstrate impact and identify opportunities for improvement.

**Who You Are**

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and highly motivated recent graduate to pioneer this role. You are a natural connector who is as passionate about great design as you are about building relationships. You are fascinated by the world of AI and are eager to play a key role in fostering an innovation culture.
- ** An Excellent Communicator**: You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both **English and Spanish**.
- ** A Community Builder at Heart**: You have a genuine passion for connecting people, sparking conversations, and building vibrant communities.
- ** Tech-Curious**: You have a strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, technology trends, and innovation. You don't need to be a coder, but you're excited to learn and talk about it.

- ** Bonus Points**:
- Experience creating content for internal communications in a corporate environment.

- Experience organizing events (virtual or in-person).
