Buscamos a una persona para tomar el reto de estar frente a una planta, esta persona debe tener una experiência comprobable en LIDERAZGO, excelente habilidad analítica y una rápida toma de decisiones. FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES: 1. Responsable de administrar la organización industrial, participa en el establecimiento de los objetivos y estrategias que determinarán el rumbo de la organización. 2. Elabora, negocia y administra los objetivos y presupuestos de la empresa, así como las estrategias y planes de acción para cumplir esos objetivos. Valida y autoriza los procedimientos estándares de operación (SOP) de la empresa. 3. Determina y ejecuta de las políticas administrativas de la organización a través de gerentes subordinados. 4. Asegura la óptima operación de los departamentos de la empresa como son: Producción, Calidad, Finanzas, Materiales, Ingeniería, Mantenimiento, Recursos Humanos, etc. 5. Responsable de seleccionar, capacitar, motivar, desarrollar y actuar como facilitador de su staff. Responsable de fomentar y mantener armonía Interdepartamental. 6. Representa a la empresa en asociaciones industriales, comerciales o de servicio para desarrollar una aceptación de la misma, así como detectar situaciones o tendencias que puedan afectar a la empresa.

Experiência y requisitos

REPORTA A: Corporativo. PUESTOS QUE LE PUEDEN REPORTAR DIRECTAMENTE: Gerentes Departamentales, Secretaria Ejecutiva Bilingüe. LIDERAZGO ESCOLARIDAD REQUERIDA: Título Profesional y Posgrado deseable. EXPERIENCIA REQUERIDA: Más de 5 años como responsable principal de los resultados de la planta. NIVEL DE INGLÉS: Avanzado (Lectura y escritura que permitan realizar presentaciones fluidas de proyectos y/o la participación en procesos de negociación). CONOCIMIENTO COMPUTACIONAL: Intermedio/básico (manejo de office: Word, Excel, Power Point, Etc.) y programas de aplicación.
