**We’re looking for**:Social Media Manager**

**The Role**:
You will develop and execute a social media strategy for Bitfinex that develops our presence and identity with the aim of bringing higher levels of engagement and trust among our customers and followers.

We are the Original Bitcoin Exchange, with a deep belief in the financial freedom provided by Bitcoin, and the time-tested, battle-hardened technology that underpins it. As one of the oldest exchanges,, we are the home to some of the largest institutional and professional investors in the market, who trust our resilience, our infrastructure and the integrity of our markets. We are not a platform primarily focused on retail, though all customers are welcome, however our customers are here because they value our longevity and professionalism.

The social media manager will develop campaigns that speak to this audience, engages them in the issues that matter to them and can highlight who and what Bitfinex is, showcasing our campaigns and supporting all the initiatives of the Bitfinex marketing team.

You will monitor and regularly present project updates and reports to the senior team and the wider marketing team, and will be assessed on your ability to increase engagement and growth across all our social media platforms

You will be expected to regularly review the efficiency of campaigns and discover new ways to optimise their growth. You will also be expected to understand the latest trends within the market.

**Your Day-to-Day**:

- Develop and implement social strategies that drive community engagement and increase Bitfinex brand awareness and user acquisition.
- Conceptualize, categorize, visualize, edit and execute every piece of social content that goes out.
- Create and manage social distribution plans and schedules that align with wider marketing and business efforts.
- Define and track key performance indicators and use these to report on your strategies and campaigns to the rest of the team and management on a weekly basis.
