**Jornada Laboral Nocturna**:De Lunes a Domingo de 07:00 pm a 07:00 am**

**Requisitos**:

- 1 año de experiência en mesa de ayuda
- Manejo de excel nível intermedio
- avanzado
- Conocimiento en base de datos SQL y/o Oracle

**Responsabilidades del puesto**:

- Brindar soporte remoto a usuarios.
- Atender de manera eficiente las solicitudes y consultas de los usuarios.
- Diagnosticar y resolver problemas técnicos de manera oportuna.
- Documentar y reportar incidencias para su posterior seguimiento.

Sueldo: $8,500.00 - $10,000.00 al mes
