**Sobre el rol**

Buscamos un **Data Engineer** con conocimientos en diseño, integración y optimización de pipelines de datos en entornos de producción.

Tu misión será construir y mantener la infraestructura que conecta distintas fuentes de información con nuestros agentes de IA, asegurando que los datos sean limpios, estructurados y accesibles para entrenar modelos y tomar mejores decisiones.

Tu trabajo será clave para escalar nuestras soluciones de IA sobre bases de datos confiables, actualizadas y de alto rendimiento.

**Modalidad**

Esquema **híbrido**, combinando trabajo remoto con sesiones presenciales de colaboración en la CDMX. Queremos lo mejor de ambos mundos: autonomía y trabajo en equipo.

**Responsabilidades**

- Diseñar y mantener **pipelines de datos (ETL/ELT)** que integren información desde múltiples fuentes (bases de datos, APIs, logs, servicios en la nube, etc.).
- Modelar y estructurar **bases de datos relacionales y no relacionales**, optimizando rendimiento y escalabilidad.
- Colaborar con **Data Scientists y AI Engineers** para garantizar datos accesibles, limpios y consistentes.
- Implementar **controles de calidad de datos** y monitoreo de integridad.
- Automatizar procesos de ingesta y transformación para reducir tiempos manuales.
- Administrar y optimizar **infraestructuras en la nube** (AWS, GCP o Azure).
- Desarrollar sistemas de **monitoreo y logging** para detectar incidencias en los flujos de datos.
- Asegurar la **seguridad y cumplimiento normativo** en el manejo de información.

**Requisitos**

- Lenguajes**:Python y SQL** (imprescindibles); **Scala o Java**, deseables.
- Experiência con herramientas de orquestación como **Airflow, Luigi o Prefect**.
- Conocimiento de bases de datos (**PostgreSQL, BigQuery, Snowflake, MongoDB**, etc.).
- Dominio de arquitecturas de datos (**Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, APIs, ETL/ELT**).
- Familiaridad con servicios cloud (**AWS Glue, S3, Lambda; GCP BigQuery, Dataflow**, etc.).
- Manejo de **Docker o Kubernetes**.
- Buenas prácticas con **Git**.
- Formación en **ciencia de datos, ingeniería, matemáticas o áreas afines**.
