**Responsibilities**:
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve high-level or complex payment discrepancies and support reconciliation of unapplied cash.
- Maintain robust documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
- Lead or contribute to projects focused on automation, digital tools, and continuous process improvement.
- Support month-end activities and provide insights for accounts receivable reporting.
- Train and mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and standardizing procedures across regions.

What We’re Looking For
- Educational background in Finance, Accounting, Economy, or International Business.
- Expertise in SAP and other ERP systems; familiarity with global banking platforms.
- Proven ability to analyze complex issues and implement effective solutions.
- Strong organizational skills with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
- Experience leading process improvements and/or implementing automation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across regions and functions.
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
- Fluency in English; other languages are an asset.
