Join the Development Excellence (DevX) team in revolutionizing the quality and efficiency of Intel's datacenter product development process by designing and deploying new systems to scale productivity through intelligent knowledge management. The DevX team is a group of highly passionate, quality-minded engineers with a wide breadth of product development.
The DevX technical program manager will drive the execution of the systems engineering and requirements management process for the next generation of Xeon products. The technical program manager will be the link between systems engineering and stakeholders for multiple Xeon products being developed in parallel.
The DevX technical program manager responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Documenting and managing project scope, objectives, and implementation plan
- Tracking and managing ownership and dependencies
- Tracking and managing schedule to ensure requirements milestones criteria are met
- Managing Stakeholders throughout the entire product development lifecycle from planning to architecture and validation
- Identifying, prioritizing, and mitigating risks
- Reviewing the project plan, status report and indicators regularly with stakeholders and product execution team
- Negotiating and adjusting project scope with stakeholders
- Problem-solving, and decision-making on tactical issues
- Driving issues and gaps to closure
- Collaborating tightly with Systems Engineering defining process and tools/infrastructure
**Behavioral Traits Required**
- The DevX technical program manager will need to collaborate across a diverse set of disciplines, geographies, projects and business units requiring effective interpersonal, organizational and negotiation skills.
**Qualifications**:** Minimum Qualifications**:
- BS in an engineering discipline with at least 3 years engineering experience or MS in an engineering discipline with at least 2 years engineering experience (Professional License may be required)
- At least 2 years of program management experience including demonstrated capability in the following:
- Experience with modern project management tools and methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall or a hybrid methodology
- Intermediate+ English communication skills
- Proficiency in systems engineering, requirement management, and lifecycle management software tools and processes such as Polarion, DNG, ProMark architecture specs, design guides, data sheets, wikis/Confluence, etc.

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
