**Position Summary**

The data analyst is in charge of implementing contracts within the contracting system and monitoring the operational performance of the contract.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Update and maintain the Model N contract system as a result of new or amended contract terms.
- Provide data and/or analysis for assigned contracts and pricing projects as needed
- Monitor contract expiration reports in the region and communicate with the assigned analyst.
- Collaborate with sales support, contract administration and/or accounts receivable department to resolve billing discrepancies pursuant to contractual terms and conditions.
- Prepare standard templates for contracts or letters with customer, product or pricing information.
- Evaluate pricing strategies for the business to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and determine actions to rectify contract compliance.
- Provide support for process improvement, standardization, or strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with other contract team members as needed
- Work on special projects as assigned.

Experiência y requisitos
- University Bachelor's degree in business or related field from is required. MBA is a plus.
- 1-3 years Data Analyst experience
- Model N and/or Oracle experience a plus
- Strong/Advanced Microsoft Excel skills is required.
- Strong bilingual communication skills Spanish/English (verbal and written) is required.
