Job Description

This role is responsible for leading an engineering team that provides custom low voltage motor control centers (LVMCC) based on customer specifications.

The main responsibilities of this role are to review orders with engineers to map out order processing strategy and risk identification and mitigation plans. Final engineering output is also reviewed to insure customer requirements were met and a quality process was followed. To insure team is able to do its best work, this manager will engage on order problems and help provide solutions removing obstacles to success at any point in the process. This position will have a high degree of visibility within the business unit with expectations to be engaged on various internal projects to improve customer experience and business performance.

**Minimum Qualifications for 2100LVMCC Team Leader**:

- Minimum BS degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
- Demonstrated Organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong technical background with expertise in problem solving techniques.
- Strong technical communication and documentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop technical competencies in others
- Experience in managing multiple priorities and meeting challenging customer and business expectations
- Bilingual English - Spanish

- Experience in Project management with technical and commercial risk identification with ability to plan risk mitigation strategies.
- Experience & competency with Low Voltage (MCC) Motor Control Centers.
- Experience & competency with ETO (Engineer-To-Order) processes including scheduling, Electrical Engineering, Panel Engineering, ABOM, Design Reviews, Final release, and factory support.
- Exposure to operational processes including scheduling, materials procurement, electrical panel assembly, wiring, and test.
- Experience with agency approval requirements such as NEC, UL, NEMA, etc.
- Proficiency with SAP systems
- Proficiency with engineering tools Autocad, Autocad Electrical, and Creo PTC
