**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**

proficient understanding and functional capability with software used to create graphics and designs from scratch, as well as the ability to edit and
manipulate creative assets. They will be responsible for developing and producing production ready graphics. Additionally, the Jr. Brand Content Designer must be able to follow creative processes and produce various materials with full consistency. The Jr. Content Designer is also responsible for supporting the creative versioning of existing assets within our brand portfolio to meet customer and
consumer needs.

**Your Impact**

As **Jr. Content Designer** your functions would consist of
- Participate in brainstorming and concept development in a supporting role
- Design low complexity projects from scratch.
- Use editorial skills to create compelling and mesmerizing visual presentations for internal Marketing use
- Assist in creating design materials (graphics, assets, photo retouching, mockups, etc.)
- Execute design adaptations based on existing Key Visuals or Brand Guidelines to create Digital Ads, POS or other touchpoints.
- Deliver simple print artworks when needed.
- Act as a brand guardian by following brand guidelines closely.
- Be detail oriented, with an ability to prioritize, multitask, and stay organized while responding to quick requests.

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**
- Bachelor’s degree in a directly related field (Advertising, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, etc.).
- Proficiency both in English and Spanish is a must for this role.
- 1+ year experience working with creative teams in agency or in-house agency environments is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with a willingness to learn and develop new design skills.
- Basic knowledge of print design and/or motion graphics.
- Solid understanding of design principles (typography, layout, color, etc.).
- Ability to interpret feedback, problem-solve creatively, and contribute to evolving motion concepts.
- Self-motivation to creatively solve multiple problems at once, under quick deadlines.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, Blender and After Affects is considered a plus.
- Knowledge of PowerPoint and Microsoft Officce.
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
- Strong **creative portfolio, available online or as a PDF.**
