**About the role**:
Are you passionate about engineering testing and validation? As a**Test & Validation Senior Engineer**, you will lead key technical projects that ensure the quality and reliability of our products. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and compliance with global standards, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding results.

**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Test & Validation Senior Engineer, you’ll be responsible for:

- Overseeing engineering testing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and budget-compliant execution.
- Planning and directing testing and maintenance activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinating the use of testing facilities and resources.
- Reviewing test results and validating that operations meet required specifications and regulations.
- Providing consultative support to multiple teams to assess the impact of testing results on systems.

**Minimum qualifications**:

- Understanding of basic management approaches such as work scheduling, prioritization, coaching, and process execution.
- Specialized knowledge of technical or operational practices.
- University degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to coordinate technical teams and projects.

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Previous experience in engineering testing environments.
- Familiarity with applicable quality and safety standards.
- Strong communication skills with cross-functional teams.
