**Job Summary**:
**Requirements:Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Systems Engineering, Communications, Computer Science**, or a related field (**must be certified/licensed**).

**Experience**:

- **3+ years** of experience supporting **IT infrastructure, computing, and communications** in large corporate environments.

**Languages**:

- **Fluent in English (C1 Advanced Level).**

**Technical Skills & Certifications**:

- Administration of **voice and data networks**.
- **Perimeter security frameworks** (firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention).
- **Cisco equipment administration** (routers, switches, etc.).
- **Network architecture design**.
- **ITIL certification**.
- **Firewall administration** (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco ASA).
- **CCNA certification** (required).
- **Communications systems** (VoIP, unified communications).
- **Server and OS administration** (Windows/Linux).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design and implement** voice and data architectures for new projects.
- **Present technological solutions** to **AAA clients** and stakeholders.
- Develop **action plans** for internal/external audits, ensuring compliance with **PCI DSS, ISO 9001, and ISO 27000**.
- **Evaluate operational costs** of IT infrastructure and propose optimizations.
- Create **contingency strategies (BCP/DRP)** to ensure business continuity and data security.
- **Monitor, analyze, and report** on service availability and quality KPIs.
- **Negotiate with vendors** for service and equipment contracts.
- Deploy **voice and data services** for new operational positions.
- **Prepare budgets** for new services/clients.
- **Review monthly service consumption** and forecast growth.
- **Manage, distribute, and audit** telecom usage across business units.
- **Monitor and enhance perimeter security** frameworks.
