The Reservations Manager will be responsible for managing the reservations department and working closely with the Director of Revenue and Sales & Marketing department, as well as any other relevant departments in maximizing room yields, through inventory control, while delivering exceptional customer service in line with Hyatt brand standards. Whether its career opportunities, job enrichment or a supportive work environment, if you are ready for this challenge, then we are ready for you **Qualifications**: - At least 2 years work experience as Reservations Manager. - Experience in luxury hotels. - Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and spoken). - Must be proficient in general computer knowledge, particularly in the use of Reserve, Envision, Opera, Cvent & Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, etc. - Strong problem-solving skills, ability to handle demanding situations and guests. - Good communication, administrative, interpersonal skills, proactive, team player, excellent time management. - Build strong relationships with customers, Guests and Team Members in order to gain full understanding of their needs and work to serve them effectively.
