**Objective**

The Production Leader will contribute to increase the productivity of the areas while maintaining quality levels and taking care of compliance with the safety and cost objectives with a focus on improvement in each one of them.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Comply with the SQDC objectives in the areas under its management, complying with the internal guidelines of Safety and environmental regulations.
- Ensure budget compliance both in expenses and in production volumes and shipments, efficiently managing the resources of labor, equipment and materials assigned under their responsibility.

**Position Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree: IIS, IMA, IME, IMTC, Similar.
- English Advanced.
- Technical knowledge in the automotive industry and knowledge in machining processes
- Strong leadership skills to motivate and manage the production work team and ensure production targets are met.
- Excellent communication skills to communicate effectively with workers, management, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions to ensure production goals are met.
- Ability to plan and organize resources, personnel, and processes to achieve company objectives effectively.
- 3 years of Experience in the Automotive Industry.
