About the Company:
Our partner is a rapidly growing company offering Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions specifically designed for Managed Service Providers (MSPs), Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs), and their SMB and Mid-Market clients. Our solutions include Multi-factor Authentication (MFA), Single Sign (SSO), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Elevated Access functionalities. We seek a talented and passionate Back-End Developer to join our team and play a key role in building and maintaining our secure and scalable platforms.
**Responsibilities**:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Ruby on Rails and Golang
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, security) to deliver high-quality and secure features
- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code
- Participate in code reviews and ensure high coding standards are met
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the IAM space
- Proactively identify and address potential issues and implement solutions
- Contribute to the overall technical vision and direction of the platform
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years of experience in back-end development
- Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails and Golang
- Experience with building RESTful APIs
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL)
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for building innovative and secure solutions
**Bonus Points**:
- Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
