**In your future role as Application Manager **SAP SD** Marketing & Sales you will**:

- _ SAP Sales and Distribution:_
- _ Basic Functions: Pricing, Taxes etc._
- _ Sales_
- _ Foreign Trade/Customs_
- _ Billing_
- _ SAP MM & PM_
- _ Logistics Execution_
- _ Shipping_
- _ Transportation (Routes, Transportation Planning Point, Shipment and Shipment Cost_
- _ Integration of SD, LE with other modules (MM, FICO, PP/QM)_
- _ EDI, Idoc_
- _ EDI interface with customers (Order, Shipping notification and Invoice)_
- _ EDI interface with Transportation Management Systems (Shipment, shipment cost)_
- _ IDoc Interface / Application Link Enabling (ALE)_
- _ Application Support & Incident Management:_
- _ Monitor performance and maintain production environment integrity._
- _ On-call availability for emergencies_
- _ Change Management & Enhancements:_
- _ Drive problem analysis, solution preparation, and system changes._
- _ Conduct integration tests and support user documentation updates._
- _ Support Key Users & Stakeholders:_
- _ Analyze training needs, maintain training materials._
- _ Visit customers, engage with key users, and coordinate support._
- _ Maintain technical documentation and CMDB updates._
- _ Participate in CAB meetings and automation initiatives._
- _ Facilitate complex seller integrations and optimize implementations._

- _ Expertise in Functional Application Management:_
- _ Lead strategic changes and customize packages to meet business and technical requirements._
- _ Proficiency with Business Applications, Platforms, and IT Infrastructures:_
- _ Familiarity with IT Standards (ITIL, Cobit, CMM):_
- _ Certification in System Maintenance/Configuration/Customization:_
- _ Formal training and expertise in maintaining and customizing systems._
- _ Business Process Knowledge_
- _ Results-Driven with Customer Focus_
- _ Communication and Interpersonal Skills_
- _ Commitment to System Performance and Quality Solutions_
- _ English (Spoken and Written) at professional work level_
