- Bachelors in Business Management or Accounting;
- 3+ years of work experience in management (desirable tech companies);
- Experience in managing payroll;
- Experience in accounts receivables;
- Experience in account payables;
- Fluent written and spoken English (enough to interact with people in Ukirane);
- Сreative approach and great communication skills;
- Eagerness to learn new tools, absorb new ideas, grow in all things management and HR;
- Ability to balance multiple projects, prioritize and perform effectively under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Process payments to suppliers, government agencies and taxes;
- Prepare information for external accountants;
- Prepare excel reports;
- Prepare payroll information to be processed;
- Program payroll processing at banks;
- Invoicing;
- Upload invoices to client portals;
- Purchase orders tracking;
- Collection;
- Preparation of electronic payment receipts;
- Prepare information requested by Mexican customers (REPSE);
- Get quotes from vendors;
- General office supplies purchasing;
- Preparation of cost files (calculator);
- Petty cash control;
- Prepare information to do the transfer rate studies (with the support from an external law firm);
- Support in registration with new clients (sending information etc.);
- General processes at IMSS and INFONAVIT.
Will be a plus:
- Knowledge of REPSE/ICOSE processes;
- Own car.
