We are currently seeking a Global Solutions Portfolio Manager to join our team in CDMX, Ciudad de México (MX-CMX), Mexico (MX).

**Job Description: Global Solutions Portfolio Manager**

Global Solutions Portfolio Manager will oversee our Enterprise Applications, Cybersecurity, and

Infrastructure projects on a global scale. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for managing a

diverse portfolio of projects, driving innovation, and ensuring successful project delivery within the

organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Portfolio Management**:

- Lead and oversee the management of the Enterprise Applications, Cybersecurity, and Infrastructure portfolio.
- Develop and implement a portfolio strategy aligned with the organization's objectives and business priorities.
- Prioritize and allocate resources efficiently across projects to maximize productivity and achieve project goals.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, ensuring adherence to quality standards and compliance requirements.
- **Strategic Planning**:

- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define the strategic direction for the Global Solutions portfolio.
- Identify and evaluate emerging trends, technologies, and opportunities to enhance our Enterprise Applications, Cybersecurity, and Infrastructure capabilities.
- Develop and execute plans for long-term portfolio growth and improvement.
- Project Governance:

- Establish effective project governance structures, including steering committees and reporting mechanisms.
- Ensure projects are aligned with the organization's governance framework and meet all regulatory and compliance standards.
- **Risk Management**:

- Proactively identify project risks and develop risk mitigation plans.
- Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution and escalation as needed.
- Team Leadership:

- Lead a team of project managers and cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the Global Solutions team.

**Requirements**:

- ** Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred.**:

- ** Proven experience in portfolio management with a focus on Enterprise Applications, Cybersecurity, and Infrastructure projects.**:

- ** Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.**:

- ** In-depth understanding of Cybersecurity and Infrastructure technologies and trends.**:

- ** Demonstrated ability to align projects with business objectives and drive results.**:

- ** Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.**:

- ** Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.**:

- ** Ability to work in a global and cross-functional environment.**

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and Cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM).
- Experience in managing global portfolios with diverse project teams.
