**Job Description**:
Oracle Talent Advisor provides business and labor market expertise and advice to influence business units and hiring managers to reach optimal hiring decisions. The Oracle Talent Advisor (Recruiter) partner closely with hiring managers and Business units throughout the process which makes it easier to engage key talent and quickly put the right people in the right roles.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Talent Advisor works with Hiring managers and HR Business partners guidance on the offer management process
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience as Talent Advisor/Recruiter in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in a highly ambiguous environment and interest in supporting a global team.
- Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results
- Ability to be organized to manage and track multiple priorities simultaneously. Prioritizing and planning skills (strong attention to detail)
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Analytical capabilities, a process improvement mentality
- Ability to influence others with data-driven recommendations.
**Detailed Description and Job Requirements**
Partners with management in the identification, recruitment, and qualification of Oracle's top talent on a national basis. Develops and implements recruitment/resourcing programs.
As an Oracle recruiter you will expedite recruitment and staffing needs via internal and external resources to ensure open positions are filled with high caliber talent to meet current and future needs. Manage the full recruiting life cycle within assigned Oracle division(s). May serve as a technical specialist in sourcing, recruiting, and identifying qualified applicants for highly specialized and difficult to attract positions. Will interface with internet sourcing tools and Oracle's iRecruitment web tool.
