**What You'll Be Doing to Drive Impact**
- **Performance Optimization**: Dive deep into the data. You'll meticulously track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, translating metrics into actionable insights to constantly improve conversion rates and ROI.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Partner with our Sales and Operations teams to ensure all marketing initiatives are strategically aligned with business objectives and growth targets.

**What You'll Need to Succeed**

We are looking for a proactive, self-starting professional ready to embrace a challenge and grow their skills exponentially.
- **Bilingual Fluency (required)**: Must be fully proficient in written and verbal Spanish and English for professional communication, copywriting, and content creation.
- **Marketing Tech Proficiency**: Direct experience with Marketo or another leading marketing automation platform (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) is highly preferred.
- **Data-Driven Mindset**: Proven ability to use analytical tools to measure campaign effectiveness, report findings, and make data-informed optimization decisions.
- **Ownership & Autonomy**: The ability to effectively manage a varied workload from concept to completion, demonstrating strong project management skills and working independently.
- **Collaborative Communication**: Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills to build strong working relationships with internal and external teams.
