This role focuses on driving improvements throughout specify products production in Electrification Installation Products in Guadalupe; Mexico. Your focus will be on aiding the definition of production processes to optimize cost, quality and on-time delivery of products, defining the working-phase sequence of the production process in line with material and investment budgets.

**This position reports to**:
Production Development Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Disseminating cycle time data to internal teams, and leading improvement discussions.
- Facilitating the training of direct and indirect team members during start-ups.
- Preparing technical documentation and ensuring optimal efficiency in methods, performance and materials/components.
- Assisting the Procurement and Logistics function by providing and giving advice on updated processes and technical documentation.
- Defining action plans and training maintenance and production resources to ensure smooth implementation of new processes.

**Your background**:

- Career in machines and tools or similar.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions.
- Basic CNC knowledge.
- Experience in tooling, machines and tools, aluminum, copper, lathe, milling, grinding, dies.
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Basic level of English.
