**Position Summary**

Our trainee program aims to develop fresh graduates with a bachelor's degree in engineering Mechatronics, Chemistry, Robotics, Mechanics, Electromechanics, etc. (a must), so that they obtain a practical vision of the field in the areas of marketing, sales and distribution with clients, the program is designed for rotational training in different areas of the company.

The goal of the program is to begin your flying career at Parker Hannifin Mexico.

**Responsabilities**
- Visit to Distributors and End Users
- Technical Surveys
- Sales Techniques
- Backlog Monitoring with Distributor
- Incoming and Billing Tracking
- Knowledge of the Area / Product / Market
- Technical Proposals

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, Robotics or similar
- English Level: Proficient
- Basic knowledge in hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams, interpretation of plans
- At least 1-year work experience or as internship in a global company
