**Responsibility and Nature of work**

The Test Development MGR is responsible for managing the resources at his charge with the purpose of designing test processes to obtain a product free of defects. It is responsible for designing adjustment and testing operations that are easy to use and understand for the user and have one of the three levels of Poka-Yokes. It is responsible for designing/planning/managing/maximizing test resources, looking to increase customer expectations. The main responsibility of this position is to remove redundant and unnecessary Tests.

**Major Requirements**:
Education
- BD Electronic Engineering (any option), Industrial

(electronic or computer systems).
- Master Degree (desirable)

**Major Experiences & Qualification**

**For Employment by**:

- 5 or more years of experience in similar position.

**Language**:
Bilingual (English-Spanish) in both verbal and

writing.

**Other requirements**:

- MS Office proficient -Knowledge on problem solving techniques
Other Training: Other Experiences & Qualifications:

- Operation of electronic measuring equipment: Analyzer of spectrum, oscilloscope, Power Meter, impedance meter. -Measurements of RF, analog signals, video, audio and digital. -Develop on test equipment -SW Programming for test equipment

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ciudad Juárez, Chih.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
