**I. Propósito General**:
Asegurar la implementación y continuidad de cultura de seguridad en las áreas de trabajo.

**II. Funciones**:
Detección de actos y condiciones inseguras. Investigación de incidentes. Recorridos de seguridad. Kaizenes y proyectos (Habilitar en temas de seguridad). Gestión de sistema de seguridad. Aplicación de auditorías de comportamientos para medición de cultura. Seguimiento a hallazgos de recorrido, auditorías y requerimientos legales y corporativos.

**IV. Herramientas utilizadas**:
Computadora (Paquetería Office, indispensable)

**V. Escolaridad/Habilidades requeridas**:
Preparatoria terminada (indispensable).

Experiência mínima de 1 año en puestos similares (indispensable).

Conocimiento en trabajos de riesgo de vida (trabajos en caliente, alturas, vehículos industriales, espacios confinados, LOTO, operación de grúas, indispensable).

Conocimientos de cumplimiento legal STPS (indispensable).

Carrera técnica o licenciatura afín (deseable).

Experiência en giro de fundición (deseable)
