Interact with a wide range of Internal Customers and Technical Issues
- Problem-solving knowledge
- Developing and tracking of robust Industrialization Plans
- Lead assigned suppliers in implementation of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)
- Robust execution of Manufacturing Feasibility assessments, PFMEA, Special Characteristics (SCCAF) and Control Plans.
- Measurement Systems Analysis (GR&R)
- CAR Capacity Analysis Report (tool to analyze capacity line /equipment tooling)
- Health Charts & Manufacturing Process Standards compliance and validation of implementation on supplier’s production/manufacturing floor
- Automotive experience 3+ years of experience
- Chassis or Powertrain knowledge
- Manufacturing processes
- Lean and Six Sigma
- Advanced English
- Attention to detail
- Initiative / escalation / negotiation Flexibility (coaching, teaching and support) to suppliers

Site STA responsibilities
- Serve as single point of contact for assigned supplier sites, accountable for site performance for new product launch and ongoing part quality.
- Provide technical support to aid in improving quality systems and lead all quality concern resolution for suppliers and Ford plant.
- Support to the supplier to be certified (ISO, IATF, Q1 ) for a better performance. Ensure all their documentation APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) / PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) and review that they match as each other.
- Drive Supplier Process capacity actions execution, Capacity issues resolution, capability verification & risk mitigation working Supplier leadership teams.
- Drives engagement of Top Poor Performing Suppliers and Quality performance improvement.
- Drives Flawless launches globally, by ensuring external suppliers are robustly prepared to support new programs through effective deployment of APQP / PPAP disciplines.
- Escalates capability shortfalls and supports cross-functional mitigation activities.
- Providing supporting sourcing process to supply chain.
