**Responsabilidad del puesto**:Atender, coordinar, gestionar y cumplir con las necesidades del cliente garantizando el correcto control de los servicios siguiendo los procedimientos establecidos.

**Perfil del puesto**:

- Autorizar y gestionar los accesos para clientes, proveedores contratistas.
- Reportar lista de asistencia del personal en formato FSS02-02 a cargo, permisos, justificantes y vacaciones al gerente de operaciones.
- Elaborar el reporte de monitoreo semanal de horómetros de los equipos asignados, en el formato F-ME-002-05
- Elaborar reporte semanal de consumo de combustible y la solicitud de carga para sus equipos asignados.
- Reportar el programa de embarcaciones para ocupacion en muelle y llevar el control diario de entradas y salidas de su cliente asignado. FSO00501
- Elaborar las requisiciones para las compras reembolsables y de mas necesidades de su proyecto asignado conforme a los procedimientos de la empresa, tomando como base el formato FSO-001-01
- Elaborar y dar seguimiento a las solicitudes de servicio interno para resolver necesidades del proyecto a su cargo. (Infraestructura F-MI-001-05, IT, Housing). FSO-Alimentos Clientes
- Recibir las solicitudes del cliente, revisar que la tarifa este aprobada por el cliente y cumplir con las solicitudes dando seguimiento con cada uno de los departamentos internos responsables
- Entregar el registro diario de actividad a su jefe inmediato para su revisión y aprobación. Copiando al gerente administrativo y al auxiliar administrativo de costos como informativo

-Actualizar diariamente informe de avance del proyecto, proponiendo acciones correctivas/alternativas al Gerente de operaciones y Gerente administrativo -Elaborar un programa del proyecto, controlando su progreso y efectuando el seguimiento
- Revisar diariamente con el cliente el formato de cost control FSO007-01
- Presentar al Cliente las Estimaciones para su firma. FSO001-03 y entregar a su jefe inmediato con copia a Control de proyectos y Gerente Administrativo
- Asegurar el cumplimiento del contrato.
- Apoyar al departamento comercial con cotización de servicios de externos
- Elaboración y envió del reporte de fallas de equipos a Gerente de Mantenimiento de Esa asa Offshore o al Residente de obra del proveedor en su caso
- Ser eficientes en el manejo de recursos para cumplir los servicios
- Hacer seguimiento a la certificación de los equipos y accesorios de izaje asignados a su proyecto
- Elaborar y dar seguimiento a las órdenes de servicio F-DI-ME-001-02, F-CME-01/01
