Molding Coordinator

**About the Role**
**We are looking for a results-driven**Molding Coordinator** to lead one of the most critical production areas in our plant. This role oversees**22 injection molding machines**, the**mold maintenance department**, and the**process engineering team**, ensuring operational excellence, quality compliance, and readiness for new project launches.**
**You will play a strategic role in meeting production targets, driving continuous improvement, and developing technical teams to achieve world-class performance.**
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily operations in the molding area, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, cost and motivation targets are met.
- Lead mold maintenance planning and coordinate preventive/corrective actions.
- Oversee process engineering activities, parameter optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate new mold trials, validations, and production launches.
- Manage and develop technical staff, providing training and performance feedback.
- Monitor KPIs and implement improvement plans to increase efficiency and reduce scrap.
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and internal standards.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading injection molding operations.
- Solid knowledge of mold maintenance, parameter adjustment, and process troubleshooting.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary technical teams.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing tools and problem-solving methodologies (8D, Ishikawa, DOE).
- Familiarity with IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards.
- Experience with ERP systems (IQMS preferred).
- Knowledge in Coretools and CQI23
- Desirable Master molder
- Advanced English level.
