**Position Summary**

**Essential Job Duties/Primary Responsibilities**
- Works in close collaboration with account management, database administration, product development, and system engineering as necessary to facilitate rapid problem-solving and implement changes.
- Develops technical configuration change steps.

Job Qualifications/Education
- BS degree in related IT or business field or equivalent work experience.
- Requires 3+ years of related experience such as working in product implementation or support including leadership experience.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, business, and technical judgment, and problem-solving skills.
- Negotiation skills.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, and ability to solve complex technical problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong technical skills required including demonstrated knowledge of RDBMS.
- Prior experience with SQL and/or programming language.
- Demonstrated knowledge of DB query language, data manipulation, and data load concepts.
- Technical project management/coordination skills.
- Ability to immediately adapt to changing requirements and conditions.
- Experience in a matrix team environment is desired.
- Strong client orientation and customer service skills to understand and drive customer solutions.
- Able to translate client’s business needs/requirements and present issues to a range of audience members.
- Familiarity with real estate concepts.

**Additional information**:

- Employment Type: Full-time.
- Schedule Monday to Thursday 7 AM to 5 PM PT, Friday 8 AM to 5 PM PT
- After six months eligible for hybrid work based on meeting performance expectations
