- Capacidad análisis de los problemas para soporte del análisis de causa raíz y solución inmediata.
- La mejora continua de la eficiencia de la línea y calidad
- Conocimiento de ensamble a detalle y funcionamiento de las lámparas.
- Tiene conocimiento del producto a todos sus níveles como son: Fotometría, mecánica, reflexión, dimensiones, cosméticos y eléctrica.

**Conocimiento en***:

- OEE, Sistema visual, ECR’s, PFMEA, Parámetros de equipo, Poka Yokes, Diseño de proceso, layout, Desarrollo de personal, Mejora continua y 5’s**_ _**:

- **_KPI’s: _**OEE, LL, PFMEA, ECR, SAVINGS,
- **_ KAI’s _**BP’S, KAIZEN, LUTI’s, PROJECTS, TRANSITION PLAN, EEM
- Formacion

- Automatización básica
- Core tools
- AutoCAD
- Diseño mecánico
- Conocimiento de sistemas y procedimientos para el control de calidad (IATF 16949, VDA y los requeridos por la empresa y los clientes).
- Conocimientos en sistemas de gestión ambiental y seguridad (ISO 14001, ISO 50001, ISO 45001) y los requeridos por la empresa y los clientes
