**Payroll Analyst**

**Main Purpose**

The main purpose of the role is to execute US HR Ops portfolio services (Inputs / Hires / Changes / Terminations) leveraging Standard Model of Incidences Consolidation Process ensuring service delivery and SLA. Analyst will fulfill daily requests according to an analysis of the EE’s situation to determine the best course of action to ensure data integrity for payroll.

**Accountabilities**
- Execute US portfolio services (Variable Payments Review / Hires / Changes / Terminations):

- Receive incidence and validate fulfilment of requirements
- Capture incidence information in payroll system
- Ensure payroll meets operation controls.
- Monitor tickets reception and release ensuring SLA compliance
- Ensure good customer service and guarantee Service Level Agreements timing and delivery
- Responsible of proper escalation for daily resolution issues
- Deliver services at the defined at the SLAs/KPIs
- Continue communication and support with local functional teams
- Conciliate and document process deliverables for audit preparation

Qualifications:
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in in Industrial Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Related Field
- Experience in HR, payroll, accounting, or finance processes - Desirable
- Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook (Excel is a MUST)
- Strong English oral and written communication skills (fluent and advanced) - MUST
- Customer focused, adaptable, strong follow up and organizational skills
- Ability to quickly shift and adapt to changes as they come; proactively communicating throughout the process
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
