The **BIM Architect **position is responsible for the execution of plan sets & other construction documents using Autodesk software; assisting with design drawings, specifications, reports and the full deliverables needed for multiple projects while working with other disciplines within the relevant project team.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Landscape, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in BIM 3D Modeling, planning and development, with commercial & retail experience projects preferred.
- English level B2 or superior is a must.
- Strong knowledge & skills on relevant software tools, including but not limited to: AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, Photoshop, Twin motion, etc.
- Experience in technical drawing & conceptual design in, plan production & constructive documents.
- Excellent communication & Interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles & environmental regulations.
