Description

The Facilities Supervisor will be primarily focused on support maintenance of the good conditions of the plant facilities, trough preventive and corrective maintenance of UEM equipment, and buildings, ensuring, the supply of compressed air, water and electricity required for production according to specifications, attending ISO 9000 audits, support and participation in improvement projects in the plant.

**Responsibilities**:

- Comply with preventive maintenance plan of installations and plant equipment, assuring compressed air, energy, water, and AC, according to production specifications
- Support customer requirements with plant resources. To attend ISO 9001 audits with purpose to obtain Zero non major conformities
- Assure internal rules compliance for contractors and facilities
- Assure 6 s compliance on working areas for facilities and contractors

Responsibilities for Integral management system

To actively participate on Integral management system audits

Formal Education & Certification

BS in Engineering, English is a Plus.

Knowledge & Experience
- + 5 years’ managerial experience
- Manufacturing industry
- Strategy and direction for site operations
- Develop and manage annual budget operation.

Work Conditions
- Physically able to participate in training sessions, presentations, and meetings.
