**HR Generalist**

As a Human Resources Generalist at Lionbridge, you will gain valuable hands-on experience supporting our global HR operations. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to kickstart your career in a dynamic, fast-paced international environment. Working closely with the HR team, you will assist with essential tasks, gain proficiency in HR systems and processes, and deliver top-notch service to our employees in Mexico.

The primary goal of this role is to support the management of the organization’s human resources, covering key areas such as onboarding, offboarding, personnel administration, and ensuring compliance with labor policies. By contributing to these areas, the HR Generalist plays a vital role in the development and success of the company’s human capital strategy.

**What You Will Do**:

- Maintain and accurately update employee information in HR systems.
- Support new hires by guiding them through the onboarding process and serving as their initial point of contact.
- Assist with both onboarding and offboarding procedures to ensure smooth transitions for employees entering or leaving the company.
- Provide general HR administrative support, including employee lifecycle management, document handling, and data accuracy.
- Support payroll and benefits processing by entering basic employee payroll details.

**To Be Successful, You Will Have**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A strong passion for building a career in HR.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- 1 to 2 years of experience in HR operations is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work effectively both in a team setting and independently.
- Willingness to learn and actively contribute in a dynamic team environment.
