**REQUISITOS DE CALIFICACIONES Y HABILIDADES**
- Licenciatura en Ciencias de la Computación/Tecnología de la Información o un campo relacionado (o experiência laboral equivalente).
- Se prefiere entre 2 y 4 años de experiência en pruebas de software.
- Experiência en diseño e implementación de planes de prueba integrales, casos de prueba y scripts.
- Comprensión básica de metodologías, herramientas y marcos de pruebas.
- Competente en técnicas y metodologías de pruebas manuales.
- Comprensión básica de metodologías y prácticas de desarrollo de software ágil.
- Competente en la creación de consultas SQL para validación de pruebas.
- Buenas habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas, con gran atención al detalle.
- Buenas habilidades de comunicación y colaboración, con mentalidad orientada al equipo.

**Habilidades Deseadas**:

- Conocimiento de lo siguiente: bases de datos Oracle o racionales, SQL, comandos de usuario/editores/scripts de shell de UNIX/LINUX, servicios web, secuencias de comandos de archivos por lotes y **pruebas de aplicaciones basadas en Java.**
- **Alguna experiência con pruebas de automatización, utilizando herramientas como Coded UI, Selenium, Microfocus UFT (anteriormente Quick Test Professional), JMeter, Soap UI y Postman.**
- Experiência con **Jira** o herramientas ágiles de gestión de productos similares.
- Experiência con TestRail u otros sistemas de gestión de casos de prueba.
- Alguna experiência en desarrollo de software.
- Fuerte voluntad de aprender y crecer en el campo de las pruebas de software.
