**What you will do**:

- Market analysis, search for new selection methods;
- Reporting on search process.

**This job will definitely suit you if**:

- You have at least 6 months of experience as a recruiter/sourcer;
- You are able to use various search channels effectively;
- Your English and Spanish are Upper Intermediate (B2) and higher;
- You have a high level of self-organization, independence and responsibility.
