**Profile**
- **BA in English Language Teaching (ELT) or in education with specific emphasis on ELT.**
- **C1 English Language Certification (CENNi, TOEFL, CAMBRIDGE, TRINITY, GESE, etc.)**
- **Minimum of 3- years experience**
- **Updated studies in English language teaching areas (courses lasting 30 hours minimum)**
- **Updated training in the use of ICTs for language teaching (courses lasting 30 hours minimum)**

**Job Description and Responsibilities**
- **Arrive on time to school, classes and meetings.**
- **Create a class culture that fosters respect and hard work.**
- **Establish daily routines, setting clear academic and behavioral expectations.**
- **Attend and actively participate in weekly school trainings.**
- **Attend and actively participate in planning sessions, grade level meetings and meeting with the English team and English Coordinator.**
- **Implement the Institutional English Language Programs.**
- **Develop the four language skills through an integrated approach to English language teaching.**
- **Collaboratively plan student-centered lessons following the institutional lesson planner format.**
- **Plan every lesson with meaningful, contextualized and real language use experiences according to the students’ levels and grades.**
- **Share lesson plans on time to receive feedback.**
- **Develop and establish daily continuous assessment strategies.**
- **Report student concerns in the different institutional formats to the psychologist, the pedagogic coordinator or the English coordinator accordingly.**
- **Report academic achievement in the different institutional formats to the pedagogic coordinator and English coordinator accordingly.**
- **Prepare students for the Cambridge examinations (if applicable).**
- **Respond to mobile communication within 24 hours.**
- **Partake in updating ELT professional development courses, trainings, conferences, webinars, etc., twice a year (school year)**
