**DIRECTOR DE SUPPLY CHAIN Y LOGISTICA**

**Requisitos**:
Estudios: Lic. Administración, Ingeniería Industrial o afín

Experiência mínima de 5 años en puesto similar

Experiência en ramo: Sector de calzado, en específico en el área de producción, calidad y desarrollo.

**Objetivos del puesto**:
El Director de Supply Chain, debe tener como objetivo, buscar obtener los mejores resultados en cuanto a calidad y precio de materiales, eficiencia en la producción, reducción de costos y calidad final del producto para poder cumplir en tiempo y forma con fechas de entrega de mercancía para garantizar el resguardo y traslado de la mercancía al cliente final con los controles de tiempos, forma y costo.

FUNCIONES

v Supervisión del Área: Dirigir el equipo a su cargo para desarrollar eficientemente el mejor producto; logrando el balance exacto de economía de costos, mejora de procesos y aseguramiento de calidad.

v Proveedores: Desarrollar y mantener una relación profesional, cordial y eficiente con los proveedores. Garantizar la entrega a tiempo de nuestros productos con estricto cumplimiento a los estándares de calidad exigidos.

v Desarrollo de Producto: Supervisar la creación de los distintos modelos y colecciones creadas para producción, así como realizar y validar las muestras de estos nuevos estilos o modelos.

v Control de Inventarios: Definir, implementar y dar seguimiento a política de control de mercancías. Esto incluye el control sobre la entrada, almacenaje y salida de mercancía de todos los almacenes de la empresa. Es responsable de los LayOut, manejo de almacén y confiabilidad de los inventarios.

v Realizar el análisis de factibilidad para la producción de nuevos estilos de calzado para las diferentes maquilas, así como el análisis de costo para nuevos estilos de calzado

v Revisar, analizar, controlar y autorizar los costos que coticen las maquilas de acuerdo a los criterios establecidos por la Dirección General

Horario: 9.00am a 6.30pm

**Lugar de trabajo: LEÓN, GUANAJUATO**

Salario: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 al mes
