**Customer Planner**

**What you’ll do**:

- Ensure effective communication with the client, negotiate situations that put production compliance at risk. Production planning in JDE seeking to level production.

Attend the Contract Board and verify the demand against the production area, make adjustments if necessary.
- Check critical PEFF and inventory level in JDE to ensure 100% shipments. Verify customer shipper. Verify and track special customers windows.

Update releases. Locate the clients that require it. Review of Newsletters. Send shippers modification to shipments. Error checking in releases. Customer score card.
- Update releases, engineering changes and new projects. Dispute customer score card. Create in system of new numbers in JDE and Autorelease. Approve and upload AO when needed. Create Non rel Shippers when necessary. Reprocess releases in Autorelease when necessary.

**What is required**:

- Engineering or Bachelor's Degree, 2 years of experience, Fluent English.
- Minimum and maximum inventories, Production Leveling Customer Portals, EDI Customer Requirements Processing System.
- Negotiation, Teamwork and Focus on results.
