**You will**:

- Work with product and key stakeholders to set desired product roadmaps
- Drive critical improvements to stay ahead of the growing business needs
- Evaluate new technologies and delivery practices
- Drive accurate and efficient project estimates
- Create project plans, identify dependencies and risks, and allocate resources
- Lead the design, craftsmanship, availability, resilience, security and scalability of your solutions
- Foster a culture to stay on top of technology trends and participate in technology communities
- Encourage innovation, inclusion, teamwork, self-organization, and diversity
- Lead and mentor a team of software developers
- Prepare and present technical presentations and project status

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of experience in software development
- At least 2 years experience in agile practices and project management
- Strong understanding of service oriented/micro-services architecture
- At least 8 years of experience in.NET development
- At least 5 years of experience with one or more RDBMS systems (SQL Server, Oracle )
- At least 3 years of experience creating and consuming Rest based APIs
- At least 2 years of experience working with Docker and Kubernetes in the cloud
- Real-time processing and high volume service development experience
- Experience developing and managing cloud solutions

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with Google Cloud and GKE is a big plus
- Experience with distributed DB solutions like CockroachDB, Cloud Spanner or Postgres is a big plus
- Previous experience with GRPC APIs
- Payments industry experience
