**This position is an ON SITE position.**

**Requirements**:

- Experience in the telephone field for customer service**
- Fluent Spoken and Written English. At least C1 (Advanced English)
- **In Office Position. Live in Guadalajara or near the area.**:

- High School Diploma or Bachelors.
- 6 months or more in Phone Staff position.
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Exceptional English language skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
- Experience with phone systems and handling high-volume calls

**Some of your activities**:

- Manage executives' calendars and schedule appointments
- Coordinate meetings and calls, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports
- Conduct research and compile information as needed
- Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations
- Provide general administrative support to the executive team
- Handle confidential information with discretion

**What we Offer**:

- Base Salary from 13,000.00 to 16,000.00 pesos monthly (Depending on your English and skills)

- Monday to Friday. (We do not work as campaigns; you will have your 8-hour fixed shift)
