Civil Engineer

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Track project progress and compare it to the project plan to ensure timely execution.
- Participate in reviewing construction drawings, providing optimization suggestions based on cost, quality, and local project characteristics.
- Review technical construction plans submitted by contractors and oversee construction activities, addressing technical issues as they arise.
- Inspect and verify the quality of each phase according to drawings, standards, and specifications.
- Identify and address on-site safety risks to ensure construction and personnel safety.
- Coordinate and manage on-site construction units and stakeholders.
- Conduct engineering acceptance procedures and organize related data for project sign-off.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Water Supply and Drainage Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of field experience in construction.
- Strong knowledge of national laws, construction industry standards, and safety regulations.
- Ability to prepare construction plans and address quality and safety issues on-site.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project).
- Excellent communication, coordination, and team management skills.
- Hard-working, with the ability to work in a construction site environment and travel as needed.
- Proficient in Spanish and competent in English.
Pay: From $37,916.00 per month
Work Location: In person
