Overview:
**Quality Engineer**
Currently seeking a Capacity Assessment Specialist to support our customer in Tultitlan, Mexico.
Frequency: Approximately 40 hours per week.
Duration: 1 month with potential extension
Quality
- Evaluate vendor's capabilities/limitations to sustain a greater production rate or increased volume of orders.
- Evaluate vendor ability to be awarded more work.
- Audit current processes and procedure and document any and all gaps in readiness.
- Identify potential risks.- Deliver recommendations, mitigation plans according to evaluation results.- Collect data. Create and Prepare concise report for the client to review.- Value stream mapping (VSM) study
**Qualifications**:
- Must have over 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing environmement
- A strong experience in Capacity Assessment
- A project management profile
- The ability to assess the supplier organization, control of the supply, the manufacturing and quality control.
- Computer abilities (e.g. Microsoft suite)
- Good communication, team work, organization skils
