**Department/Project overview**:

- Legal

**Project responsibilities/deliverables**:

- ** Legal Research & Document Drafting**: Conduct research on legal topics and assist in drafting legal documents such as contracts, memos, and letters.
- ** Case & Litigation Support**: Help organize case files, prepare exhibits, and track deadlines for ongoing cases and legal proceedings.
- ** Client & Administrative Support**: Assist in preparing client communications, attend meetings, and provide administrative support to the legal team.
- ** Compliance & Document Review**: Review contracts and policies for compliance with laws, and assist in the review of legal documents for accuracy and risks.

**Qualifications, Required Knowledge Skills & Abilities and Working Conditions**:
