**Resumen del Puesto**

El/la**HR Compliance Associate**trabajará directamente con la Directora de Cumplimiento y en colaboración con la Gerente de Adquisición de Talento para garantizar que los expedientes de los empleados cumplan con las normativas estatales aplicables. Este es un rol administrativo de back-office enfocado en la gestión documental y soporte operativo.

**Responsabilidades Principales**
- Programar y confirmar visitas de orientación para nuevos ingresos.
- Auditar semanalmente los expedientes de empleados para asegurar documentación completa.
- Verificar que los formularios I-9 estén correctamente completados y enviados en un plazo de 72 horas.
- Asegurar que los checklists de habilidades y fotos de empleados estén archivados correctamente.
- Mantener expedientes digitales con convenciones de nombres y archivos adecuadas.
- Apoyar en la recolección de firmas para políticas anuales.
- Dar seguimiento a referencias laborales.
- Facilitar el envío de formularios W-4 y de depósito directo al área contable.
- Monitorear documentación de capacitaciones obligatorias.
- Mantenerse actualizado/a sobre requisitos estatales de onboarding y licencias.
- Apoyar en proyectos especiales, iniciativas de capacitación y mejoras de procesos.

**Requisitos y Calificaciones**
- Diploma de secundaria o equivalente.
- ** INGLÉS AVANZADO**:

- Mínimo 3 años de experiência profesional en el sector de salud comunitaria o atención domiciliaria, incluyendo cumplimiento regulatorio.
- Conocimiento de HIPAA y normativas regulatorias.
- Experiência en recolección y reporte de datos.
