Here at PPG we are looking for someone to join our global Network Operations Center as an Operation Analyst. The team manages our corporate network, and as an Operation Analyst you will develop your IT skills in a large enterprise, collaborate with people from different countries and enjoy a great work environment. You will report to the IT leader in charge. **Main Responsibilities.** - Analyze, troubleshoots, and resolve network alerts. - Follow knowledge articles to provide support for these systems. - Work with cross-function teams of IT professionals to troubleshoot these systems. - Work with ISPs and other service providers to resolve support issues. - Coordinate remotely with local site contacts to troubleshoot and resolve circuit issues. - Escalates critical issues to the NOC Shift Supervisor and support teams. **Qualifications.** - +1 year of IT experience. - Bachelor's degree in information technologies-focused careers, or equivalent experience. - Fluent English skills. - Knowledge of telecommunication systems, such as network architectures, IP voice, data, or internet technologies. - Knowledge of servers (Linux and Windows).
