**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**:
Are you passionate about connecting technology with business and being the key link between regional teams?
In this role, you will play a strategic part in the **LATAM organization**, ensuring the accurate management, analysis, and optimization of commercial data within systems such as **Conectados, MC1, and Salesforce**.

Your mission will be to guarantee smooth and reliable data processes, acting as the main bridge between business areas and technology teams, supporting operations across **13 countries in LATAM**.

**Your Impact**:
As a **LATAM Business & Data Support Analyst (Conectados)**, you will:

- ** Data Management**: create and validate system updates (MC1, Salesforce) to meet business needs.
- ** Bridge Between Business & Technology**: act as point of contact to troubleshoot and resolve data or performance issues.
- ** Analysis & Improvement**: assess requests or issues, propose solutions, and optimize processes leveraging best practices.
- ** Incident & Ticket Handling**: track, escalate, and resolve system issues while ensuring SLA compliance.
- ** Requirements Gathering**: work closely with business teams to capture, document, and follow up on functional requirements.
- ** Regional Support**: ensure consistency and quality of information across LATAM to enable effective decision-making.

Qualifications:
**Who We Are Looking For**:

- Degree in **Business Administration, Engineering, IT, Data & Analytics** or related field.
- Knowledge of **business and reporting tools** such as MC1, Salesforce, SAP BO, MicroStrategy, Oracle, Teradata, EDW.
- Advanced skills in **Microsoft Excel** and database management.
- Basic to intermediate English (Portuguese is a plus).
- Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and continuous improvement orientation.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail and customer service mindset.
